On behalf of the Caribbean Boxing Organization, we write to inform you of a scheduling

adjustment to our upcoming event entitled “Boxing Day Showdown” scheduled for December

26th, 2025 at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall, Georgetown, Guyana.

Due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the availability of several key fighters on our

card, we have made the decision to postpone the event to January 24th, 2026. This decision was not made lightly. However, after careful consultation with our board members, we

determined that rescheduling would best serve the interests of all parties involved, most

importantly, our fighters, fans, and sponsors. Our commitment has always been to deliver

exceptional boxing entertainment, and this adjustment will allow us to present the high caliber

event that we all can be proud of. We understand that schedule changes can present challenges, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, flexibility, and continued support. The Caribbean Boxing Organization remains

committed to promoting excellence in Caribbean boxing and fostering strong partnerships across

the region.
